Orders are processed after a licensed medical provider reviews and approves your medical intake and prescription. Once approved, prescriptions are sent to a licensed pharmacy partner for fulfillment and shipment. Most orders are processed within a few business days, and tracking information is provided once the shipment leaves the pharmacy.
Shipping Methods
Cold chain medications are shipped via 2-day delivery during colder months and overnight shipping during warmer weather to maintain proper temperature during transit. Non-refrigerated treatments are shipped via 2-day delivery.
